 Five tips on how you can save more and ensure you are in control of your expenses. Changing your habits will give you more control of your money and will give you less stress with your financial life.

1. Give yourself a budget

- You need to an amount of number that you will need to follow with your spending in order to save more and have more control of your expenses. Like for example, you have $2000, so bills would be $1000, Groceries would be $600, budget for yourself would be $200, and the other $200 would be for your savings for maybe emergencies or whatever you want to save.

2.Start a "spend day" per pay day or per 2 weeks

- You should designate a day per pay day or per two weeks as a "spend day" for your optional purchases. Doing this habit encourages you to spend less and save more for the things that you would want or anything that you need to pay.

3. Reverse budgeting

- If Budgeting doesn't work on you maybe reverse budgeting will. Instead of thinking about your income, you will give a specific amount of money for savings and the rest of your money will be used for your living expenses and optional purchases. This ensures that you will prioritize saving money.

4. Comparing prices

- You need to compare prices of the product before purchasing. Look for the products online and compare it to the stores it is available. Purchase the cheapest out of the stores and online. This will make sure that you can get the best deals for the product and can save you more money.

5. Plan for the future.

- Instead of waiting for whatever happens and end up loaning to pay for the expenses, you should start thinking of the future instead of the present. Setting a side of savings for your emergencies, school expenses, or any other expenses to avoid loaning. This makes sure that you are organized when anything happens and will cause you less stress.

1. Have a schedule
     Having a schedule can really organize and improve your time management. Doing this can give you a challenge to finish the task in the given amount of time you set for yourself. It can also give you more time for yourself as procrastinations won't exists in your schedules.

2. Keep your environment / place clean
     Tidying your desk or room or anything messy can keep you focus on achieving your goal. It can also boost your mood and keep you in control of your surroundings. Doing so allows you to be more organize and gives you less stress in finding things.

3. Set phone / gadget boundaries
    Using your phone or any gadget less can help with procrastinations in your daily life. So, turning off your phone while you are doing a task will help you finishing the tasks faster.

4. Exercise or move
     Exercising at least 10 minutes a day or moving 10 minutes a day will help your body get the blood flow it needs. It will also give you the energy you need for your daily routine. Whether it is walking outside, or stretching inside, as long as you are moving your body.

5. Get as much sleep as needed
     Ensure you are getting enough sleep. With lack of sleep, you will have troubles on finishing your task. You will also have troubles with thinking properly and making good decisions your mind won't be working properly.

6. Set small goals
     Setting small goals can guide you to achieving your dreams with having no problem. It can also help you love and appreciate yourself more for achieving these goals.

7. Always reward yourself when you improved and achieved something 
     Doing this can motivate you to achieving your goals and you will have something to look forward to. Treat yourself once in a while, be proud of your achievements even if it's only small achievements or improvements.

8. Always take a break
     You need a break even if you think that you don't. Giving yourself a break, relaxes your brain and body from a task that you did. Doing this restarts your brain and lets you do more things faster and more efficient.

9. Get into good habits
     Turning your bad habits into good habits can really make a big difference to your life. Like instead of leaving your things on the table after using it and not putting it back to where it was last put, you will make it a habit to clean up your mess and organize your things after use.

10. Focus on one thing
     doing this can help your mind feel relaxed and can handle more tasks to work on. It also avoids confusion and frustration with the things to do. Focusing on one task fastens the work.

Why Are People Still Violating Human Rights?

 Human rights are rights essential to all human being regardless of race, sex, nationality, religion, etc. This includes life, freedom, the right to work and education. If human rights exists then violators exists too. Why do we still violate human rights? Aren't we all human? These are the questions I ask myself every single day. This blog will discuss about my realizations and opinions about human rights violators.







Human rights violators are people who torture other human beings, use other people for slavery, rape people, be racist to other people or discriminate them, etc. This has been going on since the times of war and I still wonder how it's still a problem to society. Every single day, I see on social media a girl got raped for wearing clothes that they feel confident in, and other people still say that they are asking for it. God, a six year old got raped for wearing pajamas. They are human beings, please keep that in mind. They have feelings too. It doesn't matter what clothes they wear, other people will still rape them, so, they can't use the excuse, 'the girls are asking for it'. But it is not only girls who get raped but guys too. They just don't talk about it. People please, stop this we are all human beings. 





I also wanna talk about the discriminations other people are receiving for their sex and race. We are all just human beings, other people aren't animals just because they are a part of the LGBTQ community or they are Asian, black and such. We should just mind our own business and not judge or discriminate others for doing what they love. Again they aren't animals, they are human beings, they have feelings, like us. This issue has improved a lot and let us continue to improve until this issue no longer exists. Let's all mind our own business. By doing so, we can all live peacefully and happily. 





Violators disgusts me so much. I don't understand why they love to see other people suffer. We are all equal, we are human beings, we all have feelings. We should all really just treat each other with respect. Let us improve until this problem doesn't exists anymore. Living in peace is always better than living in a stressful life. Walt Whitman once said, 'peace is always beautiful'. Let's all improve, grow, and shine into a better society.

Get Out of Your Bed!

 To the people out there who're stuck in bed or maybe in their house... What are you doing with your life? wake up to reality! You can only live life once! Go out, have fun, enjoy life, do the things you want to do, no one is stopping you. Life is meant to be enjoyed!



Life can be tough sometimes but it doesn't mean that life sucks. Without the struggles your facing, life would be boring. The struggles you are facing or faced are the stepping stones to success. Think of the struggles you've overcome as a step up in a staircase to success. Don't give up or avoid the problems that you are facing because in order to take a step up in that staircase, you need to overcome these problems. Overcoming these struggles will give you the answers to the problem, so, if you ever encounter the same problems and struggles you already know what to do.




Do something productive with your life. Stop being stuck in the past, overcome your fears, defeat whatever is stopping you from living and doing what you love. Find a way to get out of this slump. Lack of motivation? Search things that can motivate you, talk to the people you love who can give you the motivation, do anything that can help you live. Scared? Face whatever your scared of, remember you only have one life to live, might as well overcome your fears. Do anything to get you out of this slump. It doesn't matter what other people will think of you, let them think your weird, as long as you are enjoying yourself. It's your life not theirs, so, ignore them and keep on doing what you enjoy.

 


 Again, life can be difficult but it doesn't mean that it always sucks. So, please don't ever give up. Make use of the life you're living in right now. Have fun while you still can. Overcome the things that are stopping you. Don't hesitate to live and get out of the house or bed, do something productive! Robert Frost once said, "The best way out, is always through". You are not alone and lots of people want you to be happy. We shine brighter if we do the things we love.
